Year 11s celebrate their last day
Last Friday we celebrated the last day of school for our year 11s, before exams begin, and wished them well as they headed off to make final preparations for their GCSEs.
Celebrations began with the time-honoured tradition of shirt signing, with students and teachers joining in. Students collected their colourful leavers' hoodies and tucking into muffins.
Mr Grady gave a speech which reflected on their 5 years with us and hoped Rugby High School has prepared them for their futures with "kindness, care and respect!" Tabitha performed with her electric guitar and finally year 11 joined in with a final burst of Just Dance!
Good luck class of 2023!
